Less cardio….still losing weight

Seems I’m still getting leaner but not doing cardio after weights.  This means I recover better and I expected to put on some more beef quickly but it’s not happened.

The combo of l-glutamine before training then creatine some hours after training with lots of protein in between seems to work.

I’m trying not to overeat and to eat less….it seems to be working so far.

Did have to really push myself through the last workout, maybe I didn’t digest my breakfast properly, but I was glad when it was over.
