Lost 9lbs since holiday

Managed to lose 9lbs since holiday (6 weeks), that’s due to exercise, eating less and eating less crap.

I’m actually doing a bit less cardio than normal but have got my appetite under control.  Sometimes after cardio I’m so hungry that I over eat.  Instead I have a protein drink then a normal breakfast.  The increase in protein really helps me keep my weight under control.
