		<description><![CDATA[I&#8217;ve had the painters here for nearly 2 weeks. The gym schedule has gone to crap.  Sunday and Saturday only two days last week. Sucks. <p>I&#8217;m actually doing a bit less cardio than normal but have got my appetite under control.  Sometimes after cardio I&#8217;m so hungry that I over eat.  Instead I have a protein drink then a normal breakfast.  The increase in protein really helps me keep my weight under control.</p>
